The fiduciary activities performed by A.A.Iordan & Associates consist of:

receiving in deposit, on the client’s behalf and responsibility, financial funds and goods, obtained further to the selling of the enforceable titles after finalizing of one litigation, mediation, succession procedure or patrimony liquidation;
investment and capitalization, on the client’s behalf and responsibility, of the financial funds and goods;
administration, on the client’s behalf and responsibility, of the funds or values where these funds have been placed in.

In order to execute the mandate, the lawyer can carry on:

consultancy;
operations necessary for the preservation of the value of the received financial funds and goods;
administration and capitalization of the investments made by contracting of material operations and performing legal operations intended to increase the value and liquidity of the investments;
additional activities such as filling in tax statements and their payment and of other debts of the client, related to the administration of such properties;
cashing in the incomes or other results of the investments; mediation of the financial operations, etc.
any operations in cash regarding payments, collections, bank deposits, compensations, reimbursements imposed by the given activity.
